“This is the second year we light the Angel of Independence. In this city, we have been advancing on the issue and recognized same-sex marriage for more than 6 years, and more than 6,000 such marriages or adoptions have been recorded. About a dozen cities with these open attitude and actions will strengthen the social fabric.”
