RAW: 207 carat diamond discovered by Russian miners

Footage footage released on Friday shows an enormous 207 carat diamond, the size of a tennis table ball, unearthed by Russian miners at the Zarnitsa pipe located in the Sakha Republic last week.

The diamond is believed to be approximately three million years old and is one of the largest diamonds ever found in the area.

Russia’s ALROSA mining company discovered the huge stone on May 16, which company experts say could be worth several millions of dollars.
