Refugee crisis: Turkey concerned about EU ability to keep promises

Turkey is concerned the EU will not be able to live up to the promises it made during a controversial migrant-exchange deal. Under the agreement, migrants arriving in Greece after March 20 and not meeting the requirements for asylum will be sent back to Turkey. In exchange for each migrant returned to Turkey, the EU will legally relocate one Syrian refugee from Turkish camps. CCTV’s Natalie Carney has more from Istanbul on what is at stake.
