Relatives still waiting outside Mexico’s 49-dead prison

The doors of the Topo Chico prison in the state of Nuevo Leon, where 49 prisoners died in a riot, have opened to allow in investigators from Nuevo Leon’s prosecutor general as well as to the eyes of the prisoners’ relatives. Many are waiting outside the prison for more information about their loved ones held inside.

They say they will stay as long as needed, until they are allowed inside. The lucky ones have been able to confirm their family members are still alive, but others still wait.
