Bazhong City in southwest China’s Sichuan Province is where the Fourth Front Red Army was stationed and started its journey to join the Long March. Today, high up in the Daba Mountains, more than 300,000 people remain below the poverty line, but the local government has implemented a relocation program to get them the sort of help they need to prosper. CCTV’s Meng Qingsheng visited a village in Nanjiang County to find out more.
