Wayde van Niekerk of South Africa set a world record Sunday in the men’s 400-meter race at the Olympic Stadium in Rio. The 24-year-old clocked in with a time of 43.03 seconds, beating Michael Johnson’s record of 43.18, which has stood since 1999. Despite the achievement, van Niekerk already has his sights set on new goals. CCTV’s Dan Williams has the story.
