Russia, NATO to send more troops to Baltic border

Russia on Wednesday announced it will station additional military divisions along its border with Eastern Europe. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu gave no specifics about the number of additional troops to be deployed. Earlier on Monday, US Defense Secretary Ash Carter said that NATO was considering a continuous rotation of up to 4,000 troops in the Baltic states, and possibly Poland, to secure the region.
