Russia says US not coordinating fully in Syria crisis

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Moscow on Monday. He’s expected to hold talks with Russian leaders over the Syrian crisis, and try to narrow the differences. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke with Kerry by phone and they agreed on the need to finalize a list of Islamist terror groups, in addition to more coordination.
