Russian president to hold marathon press conference

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s end of the year press conference will take place in Moscow on Thursday. Officials say 1,390 reporters have registered for the event. In the annual news conference, the Russian president will cover not only international and domestic issues but also answer questions concerning his personal life. Moscow residents are expecting their president to address regional peace in his press conference. Some young people say they hope Putin and his government will also address a wide range of economic and social issues.
