Russian, Turkish foreign ministers agree to restore anti-terror cooperation

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has met with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Sochi, as the two nations move quickly to normalize relations. Both Moscow and Ankara have agreed to restore their anti-terror cooperation and military contacts. Relations between the two countries soured when a Turkish jet shot down a Russian warplane last November.
