Sadananda Gowda’s Nephew Caught Fighting With Pub Bouncers

Union Law Minister DV Sadananda Gowda’s nephew Abhishek allegedly assaulted bouncers at a sports bar in Bengaluru recently. The CCTV footage showed Abhishek getting into a brawl with the bouncers. The minister, however, is not aware of the tussle. Speaking to Bangalore Mirror, Sadananda Gowda said, “Yes, Abhishek is the son of my wife’s sister. However, I am not aware of the tussle.” Abhishek MR, a financial analyst and a native of Mysuru, reportedly initiated fisticuffs with bouncers and staff in an upscale sports bar in JP Nagar when he along with his friends were was asked to leave the premises at closing time. The CCTV footage the January 2 incident showed a visibly inebriated Abhishek raising his hand first and slapping one of the bouncers. The bouncer was seen restraining himself and requesting Abhishek and his friend, Hitesh, to leave the premises. After another round of slap, the bouncer is seen forcibly evicting the duo with the help of other staff members. A few days after the incident, both Abhishek and Hitesh filed a complaint at the JP Nagar police station against the management of the sports bar claiming both of them had been assaulted with snooker cues before being thrown out of the premises.
