Salman Khan Free | Faulty Probe and Shoddy Prosecution

In a detailed statement, the Bombay High Court judge tore into the prosecution while picking out glaring loopholes in investigation in the 2002 hit and run case involving Salman Khan, leaving the police and the prosecution lawyers embarrassed. Right from the allegation that Salman was behind the wheel to the claim that he was under the influence of alcohol, the judge concluded that there was no conclusive evidence to prove any charge, including the culpaable homicide charge made by prosecution.
