Scholar: China believes in action, not words in post-war int’l order

Dr. Joseph Matthews, director of International Cooperation Department at the Asia Euro University in Phnom Penh, says China has fully adhered to and implemented its five principles of the peaceful co-existence over the past decades.

David Denoon, director with New York University Center on U.S.-China relations, also praises China’s role in helping stabilize and strengthen the global economy.
