Shots fired in Ferguson at rally marking one year of Michael Brown’s killing

Gunfire was exchanged between police and unidentified persons during a rally in Ferguson on Sunday to mark the one-year anniversary of the killing of Michael Brown, a black teenager who was shot dead by a white police officer.

The events on Sunday unfolded after SWAT teams arrived following at least one man discharging several rounds from a weapon. Police say they shot a person during the exchange.
