Singaporean expert urges China-U.S. cooperation in cyberspace

When addressing the opening ceremony of the 2nd World Internet Conference in east China’s Wuzhen, Chinese President Xi Jinping said cyberspace is similar to the real world in that both freedom and order are necessary. Zheng Yongnian is director of East Asian Institute of Singapore National University. He says that as two major players in the world economy and cyberspace, China and the U.S. can reach an agreement in maintaining order in cyberspace.
