So much fun in newly-opened Brooklyn Cat Cafe

The Brooklyn Cat Cafe, the borough’s first permanent one, opened its door at 149 Atlantic Ave on Memorial Day, May 30. It allows visitors some fun time with groups of cats and kittens — many of which have since been adopted.

The cafe is run by the nonprofit Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition Inc. (BBAWC) which aims to improve the welfare of abandoned animals looking for a helping hand. The Brooklyn Cat Cafe has had Nine adoptions and over 2000 visitors since its open.
