At least 20 people were killed in a car bomb attack carried out by the Islamist militant group Al-Shabaab in Puntland, north-east Somalia, on Sunday. The attack came barely a week after the release of a regional report detailing the group’s increased activities. Some 22,000 African Union troops are based in Somalia, helping to push back the militants from the southern-central parts of the country. But Al-Shabaab remains a potent threat. CCTV’s Abdulaziz Billow has the report.
