South Japan quake: No water and electricity in areas hit by quake

Japanese officials in Kumamoto are trying to get electricity and water back after two earthquakes struck the region last week. According to the government, at least 42 people were killed in the quakes. The natural disasters have left around 80-thousand Japanese homes with no electricity, and nearly 400-thousand households with no running water. Our correspondent Terrence Terashima has more.
