A spokesman for South Sudan’s vice president says the country is back at war. At least 272 people have died in fresh clashes between troops who support Vice President Riek Machar and soldiers loyal to President Salva Kiir. The fighting began last Thursday in the country’s capital, Juba. Kenya’s government is calling on the two sides to move their troops away from civilian centers. CCTV’s Kathryn Omwandho has the story.
