A spokesman for South Sudan’s vice president says the country is “back to war.” At least 272 people have died in fresh clashes between troops who support Vice President, Riek Machar and soldiers loyal to the President Salva Kiir. The fighting began last Thursday in the country’s capital Juba. Kenya’s government is calling on the two sides to move their troops away from civilian centers.
