Stopping domestic violence in China

China has never had specific laws against domestic violence but now that’s all set to change. New legislation is set to define the crime and establish punishments, including death penalty in some cases. Will this change things for the better?  The Asia Foundation’s Chen Tingting, Julia Broussard from UN Women in China, and Liu Meng from China Women’s University help us understand how things are changing and what still needs to be done.
