Police said Thursday the man suspected of causing multiple explosions in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region hired others to help deliver letter bombs.
The explosions at the seat of Liucheng county in Guangxi and the surrounding areas have killed at least 7 people on Wednesday afternoon, with two missing and another 51 injured.
Police have identified 33-year-old Wei, a Liucheng native, as a suspect.

Local authorities have tightened supervision over delivery packages.
On Thursday morning, a new explosion hit a civilian’s house near the local highway administration bureau in Liucheng.
Casualties are not immediately known, though the explosion caused damage to a six-story building, with bricks scattered around.
