Suspected suicide bomber responsible for Istanbul blast identified

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said on Tuesday that a suspected suicide bomber has been identified based on the body parts found after a blast in Istanbul’s tourist hub. Ten people were killed and 15 were wounded in the blast that hit Sultanahmet square on Tuesday afternoon. Kurtulmus said that most of the dead were foreigners. Germany has warned its nationals to avoid tourist sites in Istanbul.
