Syrian Crisis: Fighters to withdraw from Wa’er district of Homs

In Syria, the governor of Homs says up to 2,000 fighters will leave the Wa’er district of Homs as part of an agreement between the Syrian government and armed rebels. Syrian government officials said last week that they had agreed on a deal for opposition fighters to withdraw from the last insurgent-held area of the city of Homs. The insurgents will be allowed to take their weapons with them.
