Syrian Moscow-Cairo Group leader: Disputes should be put aside

After Syria’s Higher Negotiation Committee opposition pulled out of peace talks in Geneva, the opposition Moscow-Cairo Group has said they will take up the role, and may come to a compromise with the government. The main sticking points during negotiations are the fate of President Bashar al-Assad and what role he will play in Syria’s future.
