Taiwan earthquake: 2 babies rescued from 17-story building

Two babies have been rescued from a 17-story building in Tainan city. The building housed both residents and shops. Roughly 250 people lived in the 20-year old building, and according to reports most of them have been rescued. 26 people were injured and have been sent to nearby hospitals. Firefighters are now continuing their rescue efforts in 4 different areas, after the early morning M6.7 quake hit Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
