Tanmen people use the road book for fishing in the South China Sea

One of the challenges for the Chinese government is growing tensions in the South China Sea. China has proposed resolving issues through dialogue but territorial disputes continue to arise. Today’s fishermen face not only the perils of the sea, but also the dangers of a possible encounter with foreign patrol boats. CCTVNEWS reporter Han Bin visited Tanmen in southern China’s Hainan province, and found rising tensions at sea are having repercussions back on land.
