India and Pakistan have traded barbs at the UN General Assembly in an increasingly hostile dispute over Kashmir. The latest war of words follows a militant attack on an Indian army base in the Kashmir region. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif told the UN General Assembly that India was carrying out an unprecedented arms build-up, while India responded by describing Pakistan as a terrorist state. Pakistan also says a thorough investigation should be done before anyone starts pointing fingers. CCTV’s Danial Khan has more.
