Thailand: At least 15 dead, dozens injured in Bangkok blast

At least 15 people have been killed and scores injured after a bomb blast hit a shopping district in Bangkok, Monday. Police sources have said they believe a bomb may have been attached to a motorbike in Bangkok’s busy Ratchaprasong shopping district close to the Erawan Shrine, with at least one foreign national injured. Police fear other bombs may be timed to explode in other areas of Bangkok. The death toll is likely to increase with many seriously injured and undergoing emergency procedures.
