A series of bombing and arson attacks have killed four people and wounded 35 in southern Thailand. Thai police say a man has been arrested in connection to one of the attacks. Authorities also say two unexploded incendiary devices were found in Phang Nga, but no group has claimed responsibility. Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha sent his condolences to the victims and said authorities still have only limited knowledge as to who is responsible.
