This State Property managed by the Singapore Land Authority is usually not open to the public, but we got a rare look inside accompanied by former resident Patrick Ho and heritage blogger Jerome Lim who manages ‘The Long and Winding Road’ page (check it out at https://thelongnwindingroad.wordpress.com).
According to architectural historian, Julian Davison, this building is also possibly the first Modernist building in Singapore, which is why he thinks it should be conserved.
