The long fight to rescue cheetahs from the brink in Namibia

The Cheetah is the fastest sprinter on earth with a top speed of 110 kilometers per hour. But its very survival is in question now. The number of cheetahs are less than 12,000 in the wild today, and most of them live in Africa. 62-year-old American Laurie Marker, a Cheetah Conservation Fund founder, who has lived in Namibia since 1991, has devoted her life to saving the endangered species. The fund takes orphan cheetah cubs and protects them in a special way. Take a look.
