A group of Spanish students have paid homage to traditional papermaking methods with a remarkable project. Some 400 students from San Isidro Middle School in Madrid gathered in the city’s Plaza Mayor to actually make paper with their hands. After an hour of working, the students completed a giant piece of paper with a length of 20 meters, the longest handmade sheet of paper ever made. The students plan to bring the paper to China on their next visit.
