Maj Gen (Retd) G D Bakshi today lambasted Pakistan for adopting the use of non-state actors as a state-policy and for not taking strong action against various terror organisations. “Pakistan has praised a terrible price in Peshawar but they refuse to learn. They are still trying to distinguish between the ‘good Taliban’ and the ‘bad Taliban’,” he said. He also claimed that Pakistan had been in a perpetual denial, regarding its anti-India activities, since 1947.
