Speaking to reporters on intolerance issue, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today slammed the critics, saying that there is absolute tolerance in the country and nothing has gone wrong during Narendra Modi’s regime as Prime Minister. Jomy Yes

“The Government has nothing to hide and no problem discussing issues like that. Different writers have different opinions and things used to happen earlier also,” Naidu said. Questioning writers on their duplicity over returning awards, he said, “During emergency, constitutional and fundamental rights were crippled, these people (writers) were silent then and violent now.”
