“This disruption is a deep-rooted malice,” said policy analyst MR Venkatesh today, while criticising the Congress for causing disruption in the Parliament during the Monsoon session. He also slammed the Congress for not participating in a debate to discuss the issue of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s involvement in the Lalitgate. “There was notice of discussion on the action of Madam Sushma Swaraj. It was the Congress that had chickened out,” he added.
