Three children among 12 dead after workshop fire in Russia

Russia’s Investigative Committee said one possible cause of the Saturday night blaze, which engulfed an area of 3,000 sqm, is arson. Pavel Astakhov, Russian children’s rights ombudsman, confirmed three children were among the 12 who died. He said the victims were migrant workers who lived next to their workplace. Investigators are continuing to rummage through the rubble for evidence.
