An earthquake in Indonesia has killed three people and rattled hotels, as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) hosts a major summit. The magnitude-6 earthquake struck off the coast of the Bali and Java islands. Some attendees for the IMF and World Bank annual meetings evacuated their hotels. No damage or injuries were immediately reported in Bali, and the meetings proceeded uninterrupted.
