Days of downpours have raised water levels to a record in major rivers in Midwest United States. The flooding, considered to be one of the worsts, has damaged several homes forcing hundreds of people to evacuate from some hard-hit areas. Officials say at least 28 people have died in the region’s flooding since the weekend.
