The 17-hour talks have materialized in an accord in Brussels. Greece will receive its third bailout. But the country is bound to short- and long-term obligations if not obstacles.
Within three days, the Greek prime minister has to fight his ruling party and woo opposition partners to get the accord through the Greek legislature.
Even if it passes, both Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and his government still need to survive long enough to implement the reforms needed for the bailout.
A deal may have been reached, but it may only be the beginning.
