Trade ministers from a dozen Pacific nations are gathering in Atlanta in a bid to reach a final agreement to ink the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). However, the talks, which were originally scheduled to wrap up by Thursday, will extend through Saturday because of differences over a handful of tough issues, including auto parts, dairy goods and intellectual property rights (IPR) regarding drugs.
