The crew of a TransAsia Airways ATR plane that crashed in Taiwan in February, killing 43 people, had switched off the working engine after the other lost power. That’s according to the Taiwan Aviation Safety Council in its latest report on Thursday. The council held a press conference saying they finished the collection of evidence and finalized the factual report. The analysis phase of the investigation will now begin.
