Transformer animatronics captivate Chilean children during winter holidays

An exhibition of transformer animatronics opened this week in Santiago, drawing 15,000 visitors to see and touch the Optimus Prime, the Autobots and the Decepticons included among the one thousand gadgets on show.

All the items on display are modeled on Hasbro products. Hasbro is a giant toy maker in the United States. The exhibition was brought to Chile by Agosin Events, a homeland company with over 20 years of experience in developing international exhibitions.

Highlighted this week were 12 animatronics transformers, nine sculptures made with cars and four fiberglass figures. They stand at two to 11 meters, attracting the attention of child spectators enjoying their winter holidays.

Santiago was chosen for the world premiere of the show, which features more than 30 years of the transformers’ development from comics to toys and from TV animations to Hollywood blockbusters.
