Turkey has ruled out making revisions to its counter-terrorism law which were demanded by the European Union. Brussels wants Ankara to narrow its legal definition of terrorism and change some other laws to meet EU standards.The country’s presidential spokesman, Ibrahim Kalin, said the move would encourage terrorist organizations.
