Turkey sets up refugee camps inside Syria

Turkish aid workers are setting up tents and distributing supplies to 35,000 Syrian refugees who are stranded on the Syrian side of the border backed by Russian airstrikes. Turkey has so far refused to allow them in, but says it will not leave them to die. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Turkey will open the gates to the refugees “if necessary”.
