The Somalia-based militant group Al-Shabaab has claimed responsibility for a suicide attack on last Sunday in the Jazera hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia. At least 15 people were killed in the blast. Meanwhile Turkish military aircraft bombed Islamic State targets in the north of Syria last Friday, and thousands of police officers kicked off the raids against the IS and PKK members simultaneously in 13 provinces of Turkey after a wave of deadly terror acts in the past few days.
