Turkish PM: Russia can use Incirlik airbase “if necessary”

Turkey’s Prime Minister Binali Yildirim hinted on Saturday that Ankara would be open to Russia using the Incirlik airbase, in the southern city of Adana, for anti-terror missions against ISIL in Syria. No such requests have been made from Russia as of yet, however it does plan to transform the Khmeimim airfield in Syria into a fully-fledged military base with a permanently deployed task force.
