Turkish PM’s bodyguards scuffle with opposition leader’s security detail

Bodyguards of the Turkish prime minister scuffled with the security detail of an opposition leader following the funeral of a soldier in Ankara, Monday. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu’s security detail tried to prevent a car carrying Republican People’s Party (CHP) chair Kemal Kilicdaroglu from leaving the site of the capital’s Kocatepe Mosque. His driver eventually managed to force the car through with the help of his bodyguards. Davutoglu’s security had reportedly said he had “no permission” to leave in the vehicle.
