U.S.-China relationship not a zero-sum game: Rice

U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice said Monday the U.S.-China relationship is not a zero-sum game.
In her words, the U.S. is “steadily and methodically” expanding its cooperation with China.
Rice said the U.S. media is disproportionally focused on U.S.-China differences such as on cyber security and the South China Sea.
She warned the media risks losing sight of the larger arc of progress in the US’s bilateral relationship with China.
