U.S.,Russia with different tactics for anti-terror goals

Though sharing similar strategic goals against terrorism, Russia and U.S. just differ on tactics in their respective fights against the Islamic State.
The similarity and difference were uttered by Vladimir Putin’s aide after the Russian president met his American counterpart Barack Obama on Sunday during the ongoing G20 summit and after the Paris terrorist attack.
“Strategic goals regarding the fight against Islamic State – they are quite similar, but they still differ as far as tactics are concerned,” the aide said in a statement.
To outsiders, Russia is fighting terrorists for a stable Syria whereas the U.S. is backing rebelling militants for a disabled Syria only to produce more refugees.
